General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective date: March 30, 2025

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of all products, services, tickets, access to online materials, and merchandise ("Products") offered by School Of Vocal Arts® ("SOVA®" or "we"), Swiss Commercial Register No. CHE-477.452.244, Carrefour du Bouchet 4, 1209 Geneva, Switzerland. They apply worldwide, including EU/EEA/UK, Switzerland, United States, Japan, South Korea, and other jurisdictions.

Project: The Change Gospel Choir 2026 Event: 2 May 2026, Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium, Madrid, Spain Part of: The Change 2026 global event (67,500 attendees), organized by Pastor Rodrigues Pereira & Ana Pereira (Kingdom Culture, Lisbon).

1. SCOPE

1.1 These Terms apply to all Products—choir participation, event tickets, digital content, and merchandise—whether delivered online, physically, or hybrid.

1.2 Any conflicting Buyer terms are expressly excluded

2. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

2.1 Orders must be placed via our official website or authorized resellers. A SOVA® order confirmation creates a binding contract under these Terms. 

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or force majeure.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

3.1 Choir Participation Package: €25 nonrefundable fee via Stripe at thechangegospelchoir.com. Grants rehearsal, digital material, and performance rights with The Change Gospel Choir. 

3.2 Event Ticket: €35 nonrefundable general admission ticket, purchased separately on The Change 2026 official platform. Grants single stadium entry. 

3.3 Digital Content: Personal, nonexclusive, nonsublicensable license for online materials (videos, audio, sheet music). No reproduction or public performance without written consent. 

3.4 Merchandise: Physical goods (apparel, accessories). Descriptions are indicative; minor deviations do not constitute defects. 

3.5 Prices: Displayed at checkout. Buyer is responsible for currency conversion fees and taxes.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS 

5.1 Participation fees and tickets are final, except SOVA®cancelled events (see §6).

5.2 Digital Content: 30day remedy period for defective materials. Requests: mail@thechangegospelchoir.com.

5.3 Merchandise: Return/exchange within 14 days unused/in original packaging; Buyer bears return shipping unless defective.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (Acts of God, pandemics, war, government orders). If the Event is cancelled, SOVA® may refund, credit toward future events, or provide an online alternative.

7. DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

7.1 Tickets & access links are emailed; accuracy of email is Buyer’s responsibility.


7.2 Merchandise shipped from Switzerland or regional hubs: Europe (5–10 days), North America (7–14 days), Asia (7–14 days), Other (10–21 days). Import duties and taxes are Buyer’s responsibility.

8. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

8.1 Swiss statutory warranty: Consumers have a 2year right (Art. 197 ff. CO) for physical goods—repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission. Digital content conformity guaranteed for 2 years; minor defects excluded where legally permitted.


8.2 Limitation of liability: SOVA®’s total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant Product. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS & WITHDRAWAL

9.1 EU consumers have a 14day withdrawal right for distance contracts, from delivery or contract conclusion.


9.2 Exceptions: Withdrawal waived for event tickets and participation fees once you consent to immediate event attendance; waived for digital content upon consent to download.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer laws dictate otherwise.

11.DEPENDENCY ON MAIN ORGANIZER

Participation, rehearsals, and performance schedules depend on decisions by the main organizer of The Change 2026 (Pastor Rodrigues & Ana Pereira). SOVA® is not liable for modifications, rescheduling, or cancellations resulting from those decisions.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.

12.3 Amendments: SOVA® may update these Terms online; changes apply to future orders.
